FREE PRE-PAID RETURN SHIPPING WITH EXCHANGE
If after you receive the item (worth $300 or more) and decide that it will not work, you can exchange it for an item
of equal or greater value and RugSale will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. This only applies to items under 8'x11'.
Once you've picked your replacement item just call us at 1-866-784-7444 and one of our customer service professionals will process
your exchange and mail you a return shipping label. It's That Simple!

100% FULL REFUND RETURN
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days
of delivery and we will refund 100% of the purchase price. Return shipping costs on
all refunds are the responsibility of the customer.
If you decide to return your item for a 100% refund just call us at 1-866-784-7444 and one of our customer service professionals
will give you your RA# (Return Authorization Number) you just need to ship the item back for a full refund. It's That Simple!

Non Returnable or Exchangeable Items and Return Details:
Clearance Rugs,Shag rugs, custom made or cut roll runners, and all items purchased as a replacement under Option 1 Returns
may not be returned or exchanged. The first item must be returned to the store within 30 days and the 2nd order is non-returnable.
Any item(s) returned with discounted orders will have actual shipping cost deducted from refund.)
Undeliverable or Refused Items:
All items are shipped via FED EX, UPS or Common Carrier. Shippers will make 1 to 3 attempts to deliver your purchase.
Undeliverable or Refused orders will incure a 30% re-stock fee in addition to any and all shippings charges and/or storage fees.
Return Procedure:
All returns Must have an RA# or they will be refused. Please call customer service at (860) 756-0959 for an authorization.
Customer service hours are Tuesday - Saturday: 10am - 5:30pm, Sunday: Noon-5pm. This RA# will be valid for 15 days from
date of issue. We must receive the item(s) back in our warehouse within 30 days of the date you received it. Unfortunately
we cannot accept returns without authorization and any rug returned without an RA will be refused. Rugs received after 30 days
and/or without an RA will incur a 30% re-stocking fee or refusal. PLEASE NOTE: Rugs returned directly to the Manufacturer will
be inspected by the Manufacturer for reported defect. If the Manufacturer determines the purported defect is damage resulting
from customer carelessness, no credit will be issued. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent and use tape to secure it.
Please make sure to print the RA# number of the rug and your name on the package or it will be refused. We recommend
insuring your return and using a shipper that uses tracking numbers. Please note that we inspect the rug upon arrival
and items that have been soiled or damaged may be refused or cause you to incur additional fees.
Refunds:
Please be aware that it can take up to 3 weeks for a credit to appear on your statement. The above return policy does
not apply to clearance items. Items ordered and refused acceptance from the carrier by customer will be
charged a re-stocking fee.
