Rugsale Returns Policy

• If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may
  return it within 30 days of delivery and you will be refunded 100%
  of the purchase price.
• If you do decide to return your item for a 100% refund, just call
  us at 1-860-756-0959 and let one of our helpful customer service professionals know you require an RA# (Return Authorization Number).
• Rugsale.com will contact the Manufacturer for you and e-mail you the required return information. It's That Simple!
• Return shipping is the reponsibility of the customer on these items.

• If after you receive your rug you decide that it will not work, you may
  exchange it for an item of equal or greater value.*
• Once you've selected your replacement rug call us at 1-866-784-7444
  and one of our customer service professionals will process your
  exchange and amyl you a return shipping label. It's That Simple!
  * Only Rugs under 8'x11' in size qualify for this option
  * Rugs must be valued at $300 or greater.
• The free prepaid return label is not available on rugs
  purchased with promo items/codes, final sale clearance items
  or special price matches.
• The item being returned with the prepaid return label must be received at the warehouse within 30 days and the replacement order is nonreturnable.

TO YOUR RETURN YOUR RUG

• All returns must have an RA# to receive proper credit. Please call customer service at (860) 756-0959 for your Return Authorization Number. Customer service hours are Monday-Saturday: 10am - 5:30pm
  & Sunday: Noon-5pm Eastern Time.
• Be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent and use tape to secure it.
• Make sure to print the RA# Number you are issued and Your Name
  on the package or it will be refused. We recommend using a shipper
  that provides tracking numbers so you can follow its progress.
• Your return must be received back in our warehouse within 30 days
  of the date you received it. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns without Return Authorization and any rug returned without an RA
  will be refused.
• Rugs received after 30 days and/or without an RA may incur a 30%
  restocking fee or be refused.
• Please note that we inspect the rug upon arrival and items that
  have been soiled or damaged may be refused or cause you to incur additional fees.
• Rugs returned directly to the Manufacturer will be inspected by the Manufacturer for reported defect. If the Manufacturer determines the purported defect is damage resulting from customer carelessness, no credit will be issued.
• Rugsale.com is not responsible for rugs damaged or lost while being returned and insuring your return is recommended.

UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED RUGS

• All items are shipped via FED EX, UPS or Common Carrier.
• Shippers will make 1 to 3 attempts to deliver your purchase.
• Undeliverable or Refused orders will incur a 30% restock fee in
  addition to any and all shipping charges and/or storage fees.

REFUNDS

• Please be aware that it can take up to 3 weeks for a credit to appear
  on your statement.
• The above return policy does not apply to clearance items.
• Initial shipping costs will be deducted from credits for orders which
  received additional discounts off the Internet pricing.

NONRETURNABLE or EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

• ALL Clearance Rugs, Shag Rugs, custom made or cut roll runners,
  and all replacement items which received a free prepaid return
  label under Option 2 above are final sales not be returned or exchanged.
• All orders requiring a final sale confirmation are nonreturnable.
