This product will cover your new rug for five years from the date you
receive it at your home and will ensure the following issues:
- Stains from Food or Beverage(s)
- Stains from body fluids from either humans or animals
- not perspiration, hair or body oils
When you buy this policy, we will send you all a letter and policy that
you must keep on file in your home (sorry, we do not keep copies) for
the time you own this rug. It has a special number on it that corresponds
to the rug you purchased so everything matches.
If a stain should occur, you will receive a free kit in the mail that
will help you with the removal of the stain. If that doesn't work, a professional
cleaning company will come to your home to clean the stain - and if that
doesn't work, you will get a replacement rug at RugSale.com for the same
value of the stained rug. So if you bought a $3000 rug and it cannot be
cleaned, you will be entitled to a new $3000 rug.
This policy doesn't cover general wear and tear and high-traffic regions.They
