Your prices and selections are the best I've found and with your price guarantee I don't see why anyone would shop elsewhere. Your site is also the most user friendly I have accessed. It's also great to see a toll free phone on your home page. I've accessed others that can only be reached by email or through the web. Keep up the great work.

Dear Rug Sale, Our rug arrived today. We are very pleased with it. I was also very please with all the service. Your salesman Brian was extremely helpful, patient and pleasant. I was very worried about the color of the rug, knowing that the computer doesn't give accurate colors. Brian did his best to describe them. Dear Rugsale.com---- Just a note to alert you to the fact that your salesman Rick is a real gem. I work closely with the public all the time and he was so polite, helpful and was always e-mailing me to let me know the status of my account and tracking the time frame in which I could expect my rug to arrive. Since I ordered it in North Carolina but needed to have it delivered in Florida I had to be sure when it would be there so my husband could be there to receive it. Not only was your company the least expensive on the internet but also less expensive than any carpet store. I checked them all!! My sister-in-law wants to buy a rug just like the one I ordered. Hi, Just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed browsing your web site! I have been looking for a foyer rug and found one at Macy's for $289.00. I then searched your site and found the same rug, but it was $299.00. I called and spoke to a sellsman and he said he could take 5% off, and there is no tax and no shipping! I was thrilled! I then went back Macy's to make sure the rug wasn't further reduced and to make sure I liked it! While I was there another women shopping, who made a comment about how expensive rugs were and I showed her my printed out information from your website. I also told her how much money you all were saving me, what with no tax or shipping added on, and she wrote down your addy and thanked me! The finished runner is absolutely gorgeous and the folks at 828 did a fantastic job with the end caps and “specialized” fringes. We will be having the stair runner installed this week.
