Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, I had computer problems. But, I wanted to let you know that the replacement rug is FABULOUS!!!!!! Perfect in every way.

It was rolled better with a hard cardboard insert so it laid flat when I unrolled it, AND the colors were vibrant. I don't know what happened with the first one that was sent to me but the second one is perfect. Thank you for your help.

Hello, Charlie,

I talked with you over the phone to see if you could send me this rug (below), as the one I first chose was on backorder. You said you would try to get it to me as quick as possible. No promises.

The delivery date was reportedly the 9th and my gathering with some old friends was the 8th. No matter. You gave it a try.

My friends were coming at 6:30. At 6:00, I got a phone call that a delivery person had left a package at the gate. I went down the driveway and there was the rug! I hauled it up the road, unraveled it and love it! I shifted a few things around to put it where I liked it and Voila! The doorbell rang! It was really fun and it's just perfect.

I recently ordered a rug from you and it is so pretty! The colors are wonderful and I can change the room around based on the colors which is just what I wanted.

The only suggestion I have is listing the rugs by size or making the rugs searchable by size, and also searchable by lowest to highest price.
Other wise, your site is great. I love the discounts, being a single Mom, I need all the coupons I can get. Our apartment is very cold so I am trying to warm it up with carpeting on the wood floors. So glad I found your site.
