- Rugsale offers a 30 day no hassle return policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the day you receive your order. When will my rug(s) be delivered?
- Once the order is placed we send it immediately to the Manufacturer. The manufacturer then ships the rug to you. Most rugs leave the warehouse within 2 or 3 business days and will take 3-5 days in transit. Most orders will arrive between 7 to 10 business days depending upon the where it is being delivered. IF the rug is back ordered you will be notified immediately.
