FREE PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING on Exchanges (Option 2)
- To receive a free prepaid return label for your first purchase, you may exchange it for an item of equal or greater value.
- Once you’ve selected your replacement rug call us at 1-866-784-7444 and one of our customer service professionals will process your exchange and email you a return shipping label. It’s That Simple!
- Only Rugs measuring 8′x11′ and under in size qualify for this option
- Rugs must be valued at $300 or greater.
- The free prepaid return label is not available on rugs purchased in combination with promotional items, special coupon codes, final sale clearance items or special price matches.
- The item being returned with the prepaid return label must be received at the warehouse within 30 days and its replacement rug may not be canceled/returned.
